Who we are
Todupi is an Android app that helps small sellers keep track of customer orders and the next step for each one. It is run by Rahul Keshavram Prajapati, Vasai East, Palghar, Maharashtra 401208, India.

What we collect
Your account. Your email address, your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google, and when you agreed to this policy. We do not use passwords.
Your business and orders. What you add to Todupi: your business details, and your customers' names, phone numbers, addresses and notes, with their orders, items, prices, payment status, delivery details and order history. You decide what to add. Please make sure your customers are fine with you keeping their details. We also count how many orders and screenshots you use each month, for your plan.
Screenshots you share. The text is read on your phone first. Only if you allow it, the screenshot and its text are sent to us to fill in the order for you. Screenshots are not stored.
Spoken orders. Your phone turns your voice into text. Todupi never receives or stores audio. The text is sent to us to fill in the order and is not kept with the order.
Notifications. A notification code for your phone, so we can send your reminders.
Crash reports and app statistics. When the app crashes, and simple statistics such as how often orders are created, so we can fix problems and improve the app. These never include names, phone numbers, addresses, order details or message text. We do not collect your advertising ID.
Requests from our website. If you use the form on this website, we receive your name, phone number, email address, what you sell and your message, so we can reply and share the app with you. The website also counts visits to its pages. This sets no cookies and does not identify you.
How we use it
Only to run Todupi for you: to show your orders and their next step, fill in orders from screenshots or speech for you to check, send your reminders, keep your account safe, and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your customers' details for our own purposes. Nothing is saved to your orders until you check it and tap to create it.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with anyone for their own use. We use trusted service providers that work for us to store data, fill in orders from screenshots and speech, send sign-in emails, notifications and crash reports, and run this website. They may process data outside India, protected by encryption and their contracts with us. We would only share data with others if the law requires it.
How we keep it safe
Data is encrypted when it travels and when it is stored. Each business can see only its own data.
How long we keep it
- Your account, business and orders: for as long as you use Todupi.
- Crash reports and app statistics: at most 12 months.
- Website requests: if you do not start using Todupi, we delete them within 12 months.
- When you delete your account, everything is deleted within 7 days, and backup copies are gone within 7 more days. We keep only a note that the request was handled, with no name or email, for one year.
Deleting your account
- In the app: Profile, then Privacy, then Delete account.
- Without the app: see how to delete your account, or email support@todupi.com from the email address you sign in with.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. You can also name someone to act for you if you are unable to. Write to support@todupi.com and we will reply within 7 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Todupi is for business owners aged 18 or older.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will tell you in the app first.
