Delete your Todupi account

You can ask us to delete your account and all of its business data, with or without the app.

We permanently delete your account and its data within 7 days of your request. After that it cannot be undone.

If you have the app

  1. Open Todupi and go to Profile.
  2. Under Privacy, tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

The app shows the date your data will be deleted, then signs you out.

Without the app

Email support@todupi.com from the email address you use to sign in to Todupi, with the subject “Delete my Todupi account”. We can only accept a request from the account’s own address, so nobody else can delete your account.

Email a deletion request

We reply with the date your data will be deleted, at most 7 days from your email.

What is deleted

  • Your account: your email, name and profile.
  • Your business, with all its orders, customers, addresses, order history and settings.
  • Your reminders, notification settings and monthly usage counts.

If other people also work in your business on Todupi, we will contact you first to sort that out.

What is kept

Nothing personal. We keep only a note that your request was handled, with the dates, for one year. It has no name or email in it.

Backup copies are gone within 7 more days. Read more in our privacy policy.

Changed your mind?

Write to support@todupi.com from the same address before the deletion date and we will cancel the request.
